Student Ambassadors

Rainford High is rapidly developing the role of students across every year group. The main base for this development is the new student council that has representatives from every form on the year council and then Year ambassadors selected to represent the student body on the whole school council.

The student ambassador role is one that involves them creating ideas that will develop the school for the better for the student body and support the school in making sure it is the best school possible for everyone who attends the school.

The school is fortunate to have so many mature and well spoken young people who can express the views of themselves and their peers effectively so the school can move forward successfully for the young people’s benefit.

Already the new look student council is considering rewards visits for summer 2015, the black pinafore has been trialled and introduced as part of the KS4 uniform after student requests and a number of exciting initiatives are underway.
