Rupert is a Solicitor, Notary and Chartered secretary with 40 + years of commercial board-level experience in a wide range of organisations in the legal and accountancy, logistics, manufacturing and services sectors. His expertise has been gained in the UK, Europe, North America and Australasia.
He has extensive Experience in Corporate Governance, Compliance, Mergers and acquisitions and risk management.
Rupert is a Rainford parish Councillor and from 2012-2016 was a St Helens Borough Councillor. He chairs the greater Manchester Mental Health NHS foundation trust and is a Director of Eddie Stobart Logistics and Needlesmart, a Knowsley based medical technology company.
He has served as a Governor of the school since 2012, was one of the founding members of the Rainford Academies Trust and is now the Chair of Trustees.
