Our sixth form is driven by our school ethos of Everyone Matters, Everyone Helps and Everyone Succeeds.
To ensure Everyone Matters we are committed to making sure all students are fully supported in their pastoral care and well-being in accessing a broad and balanced suite of qualifications that carefully matches their interests and ambitions; All students are supported in enhancing their wider cultural experience and character development; and are encouraged to raise aspirations via a tailored CEIAG and enrichment offer.
To support the aim that Everyone Helps our sixth form expects all of our sixth form students to deliver a legacy in building a community of Rainford High with heart, passion, and a commitment to make a difference for themselves, the school, and the wider community.
Our sixth form and staff will work tirelessly to know all of our students to make sure Everyone Succeeds. You will be working with trusted staff who have worked with you through the school and if you are new to the sixth form we promise to make you feel a supported, valued, and integral part of our sixth form as quickly as possible as we want you to achieve the very best.
“There is no such thing as a self-made person. You will reach your goals only with the help of others.” – George Shinn Businessman and Sports Team owner
