At Rainford High, we recognise that many universities and employers are expecting students to have a range of skills and experiences other than those gained by studying for traditional qualifications. Enrichment opportunities allow students to develop new skills and experience something other than their core studies. We welcome suggestions from students for enrichment activities. Usually we offer:

We have a thriving Student Council which encourages students to share their opinions and make their views count. They have a vital role in shaping the Sixth Form and developing it further. The council helps the school to appoint new members of staff and make important leadership decisions for the school.
