Recently, our Sixth Form students enjoyed an exciting trip to Lille, France, combining culture, creativity, and festive fun. One of the highlights was visiting Lille’s famous Christmas Market, where students explored traditional stalls, sampled seasonal treats, and experienced the magical atmosphere of a European winter celebration. The trip also included a visit to the local art gallery, giving students the opportunity to engage with a variety of artworks and learn more about French culture and history. To end the day on a sweet note, students toured a chocolate factory, discovering how chocolate is made and, of course, enjoying some delicious samples.
Overall, the trip was a memorable and enriching experience, allowing students to learn outside the classroom while creating lasting memories with friends.
