Dear Parents / Carers
Thank you so much for all of the lovely donations that were sent in last week. All of the toy donations have been set up under the Christmas tree ready to be taken to the children’s ward of Ormskirk Hospital and the Rainford elves are very busy wrapping selection boxes and preparing for the Christmas fayre.
The foodbank donations will be taken on the last week of term so we will continue taking in donations until then.
Our fayre will be open to the public from 5pm – 7.30pm with all funds raised by the school going to our nominated charities, this is a lovely family event so please bring along relatives to share the occasion with. We have plenty of food and drink and an old converted horse box bar will be at the entrance to school, picture below; We have lots of performances by our singers, band and dancers and lots of our students will be helping running stalls. As per last year we also have many outside traders coming in selling festive goods, Christmas presents and treats.
We will be running our autism ½ hour again from 4.30-5pm where the school will be quiet and a small grotto area will be available to book during this time should you require it. If you would like to book a place, please e mail [email protected] by Monday 2nd December.
Our Chistmas Fayre has also been getting lots of support from the local press to read the stories please follow the links below:
