An important part of the personal development of our students at Rainford High is the opportunity that we provide for students to engage in leadership roles across the school and throughout their school life.
Our student leadership programme at Rainford High provides opportunities for leadership both within the classroom environment and in more formal leadership roles. In many cases, an application and recruitment process is a requirement for more formal leadership roles.
Student voice and leadership are key drivers in supporting our school ethos and community by developing a spirit of trust, responsibility and mutual respect, whilst allowing students to develop creatively and critically.
