Chris Bivon
Melissa Lawrenson

Melisa is a former primary Headteacher of an outstanding primary school and has a number of years experience in senior leadership in Primary schools and is well informed of the educational landscape and the increasing challenges that the post pandemic world is bringing to education and learning in the primary and early years sector of education.

Gaynor Bahan

Gaynor was previously an assistant head in a secondary school, and a university lecturer. She now works to support mathematics system leaders, especially within Maths Hubs, and works with national and regional partners to mobilise mathematics leadership for the benefit of the whole system. I believe her national view  of education and her understanding of wider educational agenda’s would be particularly useful to the Trust Board.

Phil Denton

CEO Evaluate Ed

Phil comes from the role of Headteacher and is also an author, having written ‘The First 100 Days’, a story about what we can learn from Premier League managers about being successful over your first 100 days in a role and beyond. Phil has had several articles published in the SecEd magazine. I believe his secondary experience and continuing work in the educational field will allow him to support and challenge the direction and leadership of the Trust effectively to help ensure strong outcomes for children.
